This notice describes the contact form on this website. It does not cover student enrollment, education records, or a future AI product, which require their own information and agreements.
Who to contact
AUSA International Education Group is the intended recipient of inquiries. For questions about this form, requests to access or correct your inquiry, or a deletion request, contact sales@ausaedu.ai . Include your submission reference if you have one. We may need to verify your request before sharing or changing information.
What the form collects
We collect your first and last name, email address, selected area of interest, message, and optional school or organization. The system also records a submission reference, time, consent record, and notification-delivery status. Please do not send passports, transcripts, health information, passwords, financial details, or other sensitive student information through this form.
Why this information is used
Your inquiry is used to understand and respond to your request, route it to the relevant team, and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This website does not send your message to an AI model or use it to train one.
Storage and sharing
Inquiries are saved in a private database on the website's hosting environment, outside the public website files. Access is intended for authorized operators responding to inquiries. If email notifications are enabled by the operator, inquiry information also passes through the configured email service and reaches the designated team inbox. The hosting provider and email provider may process information to deliver these services. There is no public inquiry directory.
Retention and deletion
The website's default retention period for the inquiry database is 90 days. Automated cleanup removes older database records while the service is running. Operators must also apply appropriate retention to exported files, backups, and email copies, which are not deleted by database cleanup. You can ask us to delete your inquiry earlier by emailing the address above, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
Security and technical information
The form uses input validation, an expiring form token, request limits, and anti-spam checks. Request handling necessarily uses your connection's IP address; a temporary derived identifier is used for rate limiting, not stored with the inquiry. Hosting or reverse-proxy services may maintain operational logs under their own configuration. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and outside services
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, load third-party analytics, or embed third-party chat widgets. Fonts, styling, and images are served locally. Form information is not saved in your browser's local storage. Opening an email link uses your own email application and its provider.
Adults and younger students
The contact form is for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian should submit inquiries on behalf of younger students and avoid including unnecessary information about the child. If a child's information has been submitted in error, please contact us so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
